Replies from our support team raise a notification and show up in Settings → My Tickets with the full message text, not just a subject line.

Replies from our support team raise a notification and show up in Settings → My Tickets with the full message text, not just a subject line. Tickets you open by emailing support are now linked to your account, so your own email conversations appear alongside the tickets you raised in the app, and past email tickets have been reconnected too.
