Your support agent on the AI Team page has a new "Answer new support tickets" job. It's the same setting as AI replies in Support settings, so turning it to "Do it on its own" really does send replies when they meet your confidence threshold. Billing, refund, cancellation and legal tickets no longer get silence: they get a short honest reply that a person has the ticket, with its reference, plus a draft for your team.
