When someone leaves, their staff record now shows a step by step checklist with progress: workspace access, private files, passwords only they can open, mailboxes and company property such as laptops, phones and keys, each marked done or to do. Admins can hand over a leaver's files, folders and open tasks in one click, undone automatically if their access is restored, and the End employment dialog warns what still needs collecting before access is closed.
