A new POS terminal now shows you how to get started
When your menu is still empty, the terminal shows a "Your menu is empty" card instead of a dead end.

When your menu is still empty, the terminal shows a "Your menu is empty" card instead of a dead end. You can add your first item without leaving the till, import an existing menu by pasting a link, scanning a photo of a printed menu, or uploading a CSV, add ready-made sample items, or bring in products from your catalog. If your plan doesn't include menu items, the card says so up front with an Upgrade button, and you can still browse a read-only sample menu. The card also points to the next steps: print your QR menu and open the kitchen display. The header stays on one line on smaller screens, with long venue names shortened and the cart always visible.
