Loading the demo restaurant now checks your plan first. If your plan doesn't include it, you get a single upgrade prompt and nothing is created, instead of a half-built demo venue, several upgrade dialogs and a misleading success message. Adding a menu item or importing one from your catalog now shows the upgrade prompt when you click, not after you've filled in the whole form.
