When you add someone, their country, state and currency now follow the company you pick. You choose how they'll work (full time, part time, casual, fixed term, contractor or intern), and the form tells you in plain language what that means where they work: guaranteed hours, leave, overtime rules and probation limits. It also lists the statements you must give them. Every employment contract now includes a schedule covering their hours, how extra hours are paid and their leave, including Australian award and long service leave wording by state. Contractors get a quick check of whether they're really an employee. If someone is already a shareholder, you're offered a one-click link to that record instead of a separate picker.
