The Add Staff Member wizard now shows clear messages under Legal name and Email when they are empty or the email is invalid, and moves you to the field to fix, instead of silently doing nothing or letting a bad email through to a later step. The AI helper no longer shows advice about earlier data or earlier steps, the review no longer says "No arrangements selected" above the contract you picked, the wizard stacks neatly in narrow windows, and avatar initials ignore punctuation in names.
