The pay currency now defaults to the country the person works in (AUD for an Australian company) instead of the US-dollar placeholder most company records still carry, and it follows the Country field until you pick a currency yourself. The email on the first step is now labelled as their personal email, with a note that the contract is sent there for signing, and when you create a work email on the next step the sign-in details are addressed to that personal email and the step says the contract still goes there too.
