The details you tick or add on a bot's Leads tab, including phone and your own fields such as budget, suburb or party size, are now what the bot actually asks visitors for. "All workspace knowledge" now also uses the websites and folders you add to a bot, so adding your site no longer drops the rest of your Knowledge Base. New bots collect phone numbers, send handoff alerts to their creator, and can be set up as booking or restaurant reservation bots.
