A draft making that claim is stopped at send with a clear message, and replies about tax, legal or finance matters are now always drafted for approval instead of auto-sent. Out-of-office replies are now recorded in your Sent folder and "sent on my behalf" view, labelled as automatic, so you can see what was sent in your name and by which rule.
