Sales reps, account managers and receptionists now introduce themselves as an AI assistant of your company by default instead of "Assistant to" a person, and each team member signs with one title whichever job wrote the email. The edit screen shows the exact signature their emails end with and warns when their instructions ask for a different sign-off.
