Account plans and test mode drafts are now written by a stronger model and follow your organisation rules, the sales playbook, each member's duties and their can and cannot lists. Drafts are written in the customer's language, never promise anything that has not happened, and are retried on the strongest model before a plan is reported as failed. The test mode summary email shows which model wrote each plan.
