Each role shows only the switches that make sense for it, its own jobs come first with everything else under More jobs, and every job offers the same Off, Prepare, Ask me first and On its own choices (a choice a job can't run in is shown as unavailable). Test chats suggest questions that fit the role, so finance, support, HR and other bots no longer open with sales questions. A new Approvals tab lists everything waiting for your approval, and you can approve or reject it right there.
