and failed work explains itself A team member whose work could not finish now shows Error with the reason and the time on both the Team and Organisation tabs, and the item stays in Ready for you with Try again and Dismiss until someone deals with it. Voice calls also count as calls on the dashboard and in Activity, so every AI credit spent on a call lines up with a call you can see.
