Each sales, account, marketing, reception and trades member has a Goal at the top of their settings: a booking, a form filled in, an accepted quote, a paid order, a deal stage or a reply, picked from your own booking pages, forms, products and pipeline. Without any setup they get a sensible goal from their role, your industry and what your workspace already has. New-business emails now end by asking for that goal (or a smaller first step when the person is not ready), Approvals shows a new "Ends with the member's goal" check, and the Dashboard shows how often each member's goal followed their reach-outs, per 100 reach-outs.
