The coloured Email, Calendar and Chat icons now end in an app launcher with every way you talk to people: Unified Inbox, Email, Calendar, Chat, Phone, Texting and Meetings, with unread counts. Pin your favourite three, so a phone-first sales team can keep Phone in reach. The separate Comms tab is gone, which leaves more room for the rest of the menu.
