Photos taken on phones often arrived too large for the AI provider or with no usable file type, so Mo answered as if it couldn't see the picture or the whole message failed. Oversized photos are now shrunk to what the provider accepts inside our own service (no image-transform fees), and the photo's declared type is honoured even when the file name has no extension. A file that only claims to be an image, or a format we can't read yet such as HEIC, is mentioned by name instead of failing the whole message.
