After a failed charge it now waits a day before trying again, so a temporarily declined card gets three tries across three days instead of three in one morning. If you have more than one card saved, a declined card is no longer the end: auto-reload tries your other saved cards before giving up, and payment alerts now take you straight to your saved card with the payment section highlighted. Failed charges also record the card issuer's decline reason, so problems are easier to pinpoint.
