Previously a top-up was only attempted while someone with billing access happened to have the AI credits page open, so a workspace could sit below its trigger for hours with AI paused and a banner promising a top-up that never came. The platform now checks every few minutes and buys your chosen pack as soon as the balance falls under the trigger, with the same limits and card rules as before. The credits page also no longer shows an estimated charge that does not match your selected pack's real price.
