the "Welcome new contacts" automation now starts switched off in every workspace, existing copies were switched off and owners received a notification explaining why and how to turn them back on, and the Add Contact screen says when automated emails are off with a link to the switch. When an owner turns the welcome automation on, its emails go out under your business name with your logo and colours, replies reach the team member who added the contact, and the footer carries an unsubscribe link and your postal address — instead of an anonymous one-line email from a no-reply platform address.
