Two starter automations shipped pointing at the wrong event: "Alert on form submission" was firing on every new contact (including imported and inbound-email leads) instead of on a form submission, and "Campaign follow-up task" was set to invoice-paid and carried the invoice template's message. Forms and campaign sends are now real automation triggers, both templates are repointed onto them, and existing copies that were never edited by hand are corrected in place. A new audit lists any automation whose trigger no longer matches the template it came from, and flags it for us instead of leaving it silent.
