When an automation fails ten runs in a row it is turned off automatically, the owner and workspace admins get a notification explaining that it was paused and why, and the automations page shows it as "Paused by errors" with the number of failed runs and a one-click "Turn back on" once the cause is fixed. Turning it back on clears the failure streak so it gets a fresh start. Automations already sitting on long failure streaks are switched off by this change.
