Workspace admins can now drag in the Word, HTML Markdown or text templates they already use and turn up to 20 of them into workspace templates at once, with names and categories filled in automatically. When a workspace has no templates yet, the template picker now walks admins through getting started, and the category filters only show categories that actually have templates, with counts, so a filter never leads to an empty screen.
