Home's Start here checklist has a "Bring your customers over" step that opens the contact importer directly, the importer opens with one-click source tiles (phone contacts, Gmail, Outlook, Square, Shopify, spreadsheet/CSV), phone contacts can be picked straight from your address book, and CSVs from any of those services auto-map their columns. Service-business spreadsheets now suggest florist-friendly columns like Event date, Venue, Partner name and Birthday instead of job titles, and the empty Contacts page speaks to customers, not sales prospects.
