Admins now decide who can use Mo and AI with the same role and member permissions they already use: setting AI to No access for a role or a person turns Mo and AI features off for them. Enterprise workspaces can also set a monthly AI credit allowance per role, per custom role (Team → Role Permissions and Team → Roles) or per person (AI Hub → Credits → Team), so one person can't use up everyone's credits. The Calendar shortcut no longer appears for workspaces that have AI switched on but Email and Calendar switched off.
