Clearer access messages and fewer dead-end buttons for read-only roles

Fix · Platform ·
When a read-only member such as an Auditor opens a page their role does not cover, Billing, Team, Workspace, HR and Payroll now all show the same explanation naming the exact permission involved, with a Request access button. View-only members no longer see Connect buttons on Reviews, Seed demo data or New Tab on the EPOS dashboard, Create entity on Invoicing, or the Upload, New Folder, Paste Text and import tiles in the Knowledge Base. The /ops/finance/accounts, /ops/finance/bills and /ops/erp addresses now open the right page instead of a 404.
