Clearer role controls on the Team members list
Team members who can manage people but not roles, such as HR Admins, now see each member's role as read-only instead of a dropdown that looked editable.

Team members who can manage people but not roles, such as HR Admins, now see each member's role as read-only instead of a dropdown that looked editable. If a role change is ever refused, you now get a clear message rather than the change quietly snapping back.
