Adding a team member now asks you to choose their portrait and voice instead of always starting as female with the same voice, and a sales rep's job title starts as "Sales representative". The phone picker now says which voice agent or member already uses a number, including the member you are editing, and suggested work in Activity is labelled as a suggestion with tidier titles.
