When you import a Google Contacts file, a contact's second and third email addresses (with their labels, like Home or Work) are now saved as real addresses on the contact instead of being tucked into the notes. You can see and edit them on the contact, find the person by any of their addresses, write to any address from the composer, and they come back out when you export to CSV or vCard.
