When you add a contractor, the Contract step now offers the Automo default Contractor Agreement instead of a blank page. It fills in the services, the rate and GST basis, the invoicing schedule, IP assignment, confidentiality, non-solicitation, insurance, termination on notice, contractor status (no super or leave), workplace safety, disputes, the governing state and signature blocks, with wording matched to Australia, Singapore, the US or the UK. A new Services field (pre-filled from the job title) and a notice period field (14 days by default) sit on the Contract step.
