Replies to your email sequences now show which sequence and step the person is answering. Abusive or one-word replies to marketing are closed without a drafted answer. No-reply notifications such as TestFlight invites go to the machine-mail folder, one copy each, instead of opening tickets. Suspected spam no longer counts as customers waiting and closes itself after 7 days unless someone answers it. Emails with no subject now show the sender and first line as their title.
