Safety actions display the assignee with their avatar on the list, on the detail view and in the CSV export, and you can reassign an owner, site or category at any time from Edit, which notifies the new owner. Actions with no owner or no due date are flagged "Needs owner", counted on the Overview, and can no longer be marked complete until someone owns them, so an old ownerless action can finally be fixed. Team members with the same display name now show their email in the picker.
