Inspection and incident reports can now be shared with a client, auditor or guest: create an expiring link (7, 30 or 90 days) or email the report directly, and every shared report is filed with the site's records automatically. An AI summary on any incident drafts the investigation write-up with a suggested root cause and corrective actions, and an AI site brief turns a site's recent safety numbers into talking points for a client meeting. A new Analytics tab breaks down scores by site, template and inspector, most-failed questions, incidents by category and time of day, and action ageing. Assign a manager to a site and they receive a weekly safety digest email with their site's inspections, incidents and open actions.
