The dialog for creating a personal API key was taller than the browser window, so its title was cut off at the top and the expiry option and Create button sat below the bottom of the screen with no way to scroll to them. The form now fits the window, with the title and Create button always in view and the permission list scrolling in place. Other tall dialogs across the app are protected from the same problem.
