If your workspace uses a dark brand colour such as navy or black, the highlighted navigation item, section icons and the feedback and support entry point were almost invisible when the app was in dark mode. The brand colour is now lightened just enough to stay legible on dark backgrounds, while buttons keep the exact colour you picked.
