Deleting an AI Team member, a chat bot or a voice agent now opens one checklist of everything the agent owns: its chat bot and website embeds, voice agent, phone numbers with their monthly cost, inbox with its email count, booking page, scheduled jobs and open approvals. By default the bot, voice agent and inbox are deleted and bought numbers go back to the phone provider, and you can untick anything to keep it, move a number to another agent, or keep the inbox as a shared mailbox. Afterwards you see exactly what was released, deleted or kept, and the deletion is recorded in AI Team Activity.
