If a department's intake address is already in use by another department, the Department emails page now says so and offers a one-click dedicated address, instead of quietly letting the other department's rules take over. A sales or CRM intake pointed at the support mailbox was opening support tickets and sending the support auto-reply to leads; it can no longer be set up that way, and a mailbox claimed by another department is no longer treated as a support inbox on a name guess.
