Mail sent to a hosted mailbox or shared Support Inbox owned by a workspace hosted in Europe or Asia-Pacific now lands in that inbox and opens a Helpdesk ticket, instead of silently disappearing. The Helpdesk "Email Inbox" tab also now opens the mailbox you connected as your Support Inbox rather than your personal one.
