Text boxes now appear in PDF exports
Text boxes were missing from exported PDFs: their border and fill were dropped and their text printed as ordinary lines in the page.

Text boxes were missing from exported PDFs: their border and fill were dropped and their text printed as ordinary lines in the page. They now print where they sit in the editor, with their border, fill and text, and boxes set in front of the text stay on top of it.
