The built-in layout carries your workspace logo and brand colours, labels each session's location as Venue or Online, and offers "Yes, I'll be there" and "Can't make it" buttons that open the RSVP page with the answer already selected, plus an "Add to calendar" link that downloads the event. The footer names the organiser and workspace, shows your postal address when set, and includes an unsubscribe link so guests can opt out of future invitations from your workspace. Each send is also recorded on the guest's CRM contact timeline.
