When a workspace required two-factor sign-in, members who were not admins were locked out of the app with no way to enrol, because the security screen was reserved for admins. Security settings now sit in everyone's personal settings, so any member can add an authenticator app or a security key and get back to work. Workspace-wide security controls, including the two-factor requirement itself, single sign-on and session timeouts, remain visible only to admins and owners.
