Exported PDFs no longer turn characters into question marks

Characters the standard PDF fonts can't draw used to print as "?" unless they came from a short list of scripts. Examples were the block characters used for text bar charts (█), Armenian, Georgian, Ethiopic, Tibetan, Cherokee and many symbols. The export now finds a matching font for letters in every writing system with a Noto font, and for symbols, and includes it in the PDF so it looks right on any computer.
