When assets or depreciation could not reach the general ledger, the page says why on screen: the ledger is read-only on your current plan (with an upgrade shortcut), or your Chart of Accounts is missing the accounts (with a one-click import), instead of a green "Posted to ledger" badge while a 402 hides in the browser console. Run depreciation also lets you choose the month to post instead of silently posting the previous one.
