Checking that call forwarding works no longer leaves a new lead and contact behind. The platform now recognises a call it placed to itself and keeps it out of your CRM, alerts and automations. When a real caller gives their name, only what the caller said is used, so the assistant's own greeting can never end up as the lead's name.
