When someone outside the workspace ticks a task off a share link, the task history now credits the name they entered and marks them as an external guest instead of saying "Unknown", and it names the pipeline stage the task moved to (for example "Closed") rather than an internal status word. Those guest actions also read correctly in the project history feed.
