Header and footer position fields in the document editor now accept realistic
entering a position beyond one inch (say 2 inches) is applied as typed instead of snapping back to the margin, matching Word.

entering a position beyond one inch (say 2 inches) is applied as typed instead of snapping back to the margin, matching Word. Only page-scale values are capped, at half the page height, and the fields declare that ceiling and show the browser's own message if you go past it.
