Huddles are far more reliable. A brief network drop no longer ends the call for everyone, a crashed or closed tab no longer leaves a phantom "huddle is active" banner that blocks the next call in that channel, and a call no longer disappears while people are still talking. Rings and live-call indicators also keep working after you visit the Meetings page, and a deploy will no longer reload the page out from under a call in progress.
