Previously the answers you captured during a safety inspection were saved in a form that server-side reporting, automation triggers and Mo AI could not read, so questions like "PPE failures this month" or "repeat findings by site" silently returned nothing. Existing inspections and checklist templates have been repaired, and completion scores are now calculated on the server, so the score, total and pass result are correct no matter which device submitted the inspection.
