Photos attached when reporting an incident are retained under the incident and receive a fresh viewing link whenever opened, instead of expiring after an hour.

Photos attached when reporting an incident are retained under the incident and receive a fresh viewing link whenever opened, instead of expiring after an hour. Existing evidence is recovered, and editing an incident now keeps its recorded occurrence time, witness details, injury details and notification status intact.
