Connecting, reconnecting or disconnecting an integration such as Google Drive, Google Calendar, Gmail, OneDrive or Google Business reviews is now recorded in Settings > Audit Trail. Each entry shows who did it, which external account was used, the permissions granted and whether it is a workspace or personal connection. Expired sign-ins and sync failures are recorded too. A new Integrations category in the filter shows just these events.
